Production Team Leader to work a standard Monday to Friday on 3 shift rotation is required for an Automotive Tier 1 in Tipton. Responsible for overseeing production from start to finish, you will work with other team leaders and Production Management to ensure all production targets are met, utilising lean manufacturing and route cause anaylis. You will have responsibility for your own team and it will be expected that you have very good people management skills, enabling an efficient and enjoyable working environment.

This company designs and manufactures a specialist product range and while knowledge and experience from this type of company would be an advantage, the real criteria is to have excellent people management skills.
