Vendor Relationship Manager – IT (X3)

One of the leading IT services organisations that has multi-national scope has 3 new opportunities for Vendor Managers to look after Software, Servers and Storage vendors.

You primary focus will be to ensure the business is receiving the proper service delivery as expected, but also maintaining the most efficient commercial costs

Role overview & responsibilities

Maintain continues contact and management to all assigned vendors to keep an string relationship
Have an understanding of all the SLA’s and terms that come with a vendor & contract agreement
Make sure you have a detailed understanding of how the vendor works and operates
Work with the sourcing and procurement team to upkeep competitive advantage for the company
Work with internal customers and stakeholder to make sure they are getting the highest quality with the most efficient costs
Create plans of how you can improve the service delivery and create business plans

Experience required:

Must have experience in vendor management in a relevant category
Customer facing experience within a relevant industry
Able to build strong relationships with vendor and maintain them
Good communication and presentation skills
Confident negotiator
Must have strong analytical skills
