ACCOUNT MANAGER / CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Our clients business is focused entirely on the events industry within the travel and aviation sector. The company’s portfolio includes high profile international events, media and online businesses. The company organises and operates world-renowned events through its regional and global Forums. They are held in key markets throughout the year in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and the CIS and are well renowned within the travel industry.

Due to an internal promotion we are now looking for a Account Manager to take a key role in the management and development of client relationships on the Online side of the business.

Main responsibilities:
 To manage existing and new client relationships
 To work closely with the sales team, conducting regular team/update training sessions and improving internal communication
 To work with the sales team to deliver a client renewal rate in excess of 80%
 To develop and grow existing business to achieve monthly targets through the adjustment of historical agreements and the introduction of new products.
 To assist with sales activity: identifying target lists; online demonstrations; online advertising sales

Main skills and experience needed:

• Able to demonstrate strong customer service and account management skills
• Good negotiation skills to assist delivery of new sales and renewals
• Enjoy working with information & data. Able to research and present information online
• Possess a background in B2B Account Management or Sales
• Posses experience of selling advertising / publishing / Media / Online or similar
