Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst – North West

We currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our client, one of the top players within the asbestos industry, in the North West and they would include applications from Cheshire, Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates must have attained the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications, or the equivalent RSPH, and at the same time must have a proven track record of working within this role and within the asbestos arena.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.

Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties – commercial and industrial.

Ensuring contractors on site carry out the work effectively and according to the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.

Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Liaising with the company’s high profile clients on a regular basis.

Overall the successful candidate will be an all-rounder, flexible, reliable and have the ability to work independently and effectively.

Will have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Will be fully conversant with the Health and Safety procedures appertaining to asbestos.

Will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
