A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to come on board in my client’s expanding South Coast based offices in Weymouth. With a huge portfolio of clients throughout the public and private sector you will be part of a company that is a market leader in the services it provides.

You will ideally hold a degree in Quantity Surveying with the addition of any Postgraduate qualification being beneficial to your application. It is desirable that you have consultancy experience and you must be able to work as part of a team. Around 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar previous position is preferred.

Key duties of this role include:

* Cost planning, tender documentation and post contract services
* Providing a variety of procurement advice
* Assisting directly with clients and representing the company in a professional capacity
* Budget Estimates, Bills of Quantities and Cost Plans
* Monitoring Surveying Reports
