ARE YOU AN ENTHUSIASTIC PROFESSIONAL AND COMMERCIALLY MINDED BUILDING SURVEYOR AND WISH TO BE INVOLVED WITH A WIDE RANGE OF PROJECTS?
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING FOR:
Our client provides a range of excellent services for commercial and residential clients, all delivered to the highest standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Regular residential building surveys
- Compile accurate and succinct reports
- Project Management and Contract Administration
- Preparation of detailed Schedule of Works and Specification writing
WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Senior Building Surveyor
- Organised and used to managing your own workload
- RICS Chartered (MRICS)
- Hold a full driving licence and own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:
- Our client is paying a salary up to £72,000
- Pension Scheme
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 00 am to 5.30 pm
- Private Health Care
