Temporary Receptionist

We are currently seeking a temporary receptionist for a prestigious, luxury well known organisation in Hatfield.

Job Purpose: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

Duties include:
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

Skills/Qualifications: Telephone Skills, Good Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus

You will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting or contacting the company. We are therefore looking for a well presented, personable and friendly individual with previous front of house experience..
