Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Our client; is a people and service driven facilities/ cleaning services provider. The company is currently going through significant growth, hence the need for this new role
The role; to oversee/ manage all aspects of this commercial soft services/ cleaning /facilities management contract, for sites across central London. To be fully responsible for client and contract management. To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, successful contract management and continuous improvement. Other aspects of the role include;
- Leading, coaching and developing the Management teams on various London sites
- Ensure all H&S compliance is adhered to
- Ensure new contracts are mobilised in accordance with the New Contract Start-Up Procedure
- Quality audits
- Run various projects
- Advanced Excel, data analysis, analyse trends. Report production / presentation
- Full Budget and P&L responsibility.
- Oversee various project works
- Ensure compliance and H&S procedures
- Ensure senior training is delivered
- Lead process change and enhancements
- Supply chain review & improve eco footprint
- Form relationships with key stakeholders and key contractors
- Ensure the contract is performing within the agreed contractual KPI’s and SLA’s
We are looking for some with
- Strong influencing skills.
- Proven staff management and development experience
- of working in a fast-paced contract driven / cleaning services FM environment
- Proven staff management/ development skills. A nurturing manager
- Proven client relationship building experience
- Highly analytical and data driven
