Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant – London
Are you a Quantity Surveyor /Cost Consultant based in London with 4-6 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant?
Our client is an award winning Cost Consultancy with offices across the UK.
They are a mid sized non corporate organisation who get involved in Large Mixed Use, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and High End Residential Projects.
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant with circa 4-6 years experience with a Consultancy organisation in the UK.
A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
Experience of the project sectors mentioned – Mixed Use,Commercial, Education, Healthcare or High End Residential
MRICS or 12- 18 months from Chartered Status.
Salary & Benefits for the Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant
A salary of £51,600 – £54,000dependent upon experience. Candidates who have already attained MRICS can expect circa £47,000- £49,000.
