Project Controller – Offshore Port Operations Hull
Our client will shortly begin Operations at their new Offshore Port facility at Alexandra Dock in Hull.

The facility in Hull will receive its first Wind Power Offshore project in the near future and are looking to hire a Project Controller for the works.
The Project Controller will manage the commercial relationships between supplier, our operations and our internal customers at the Port facility.

What are my responsibilities?
* Financial Control and reporting of Port Operations.
* Undertake cost analysis for port operations, waste, repair and maintenance work.
* Assist in establishing customer requirements and advise on feasibility, time, and cost implications
* Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
* Perform risk, value management and cost control
* Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
* Record and follow up on customer variations and non conformance costs
* Provide advice on contractual claims
* Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
* Value completed work and arrange payments;
* Maintain awareness of the different contracts in use
* Variance analysis between agreed Prices and Actual / Forecast costs
* Input WP OF Hull cost implications into the overall WP OF Project forecasting and control process
* Business model preparation for ongoing improvements / optimization
* Commercial support for Clients Wind Power Cost Out programme

* Working experience in an intercultural environment desirable
* Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) knowledge
* Experience in project and international business desirable
