A well established company with over £200m turnover based in Fareham are seeking a customer focused individual that enjoys managing, maintaining and developing customer relationships.
You will be working within the development team with an existing client base waiting for you.
Duties include:
– Using excellent communication skills to build rapport and gain trust to enable you to develop customer relationships and achieve your KPI’s
– Responding to queries in a professional manner by telephone, email and face to face, upholding the highest level of customer service at all times.
– Providing advice on products services to assist your clients needs.
You will:
– ESSENTIAL: Must have a good knowledge or previous experience of telecoms/telecommunications.
– Have been responsible for delivering a first class service to customers and developed lasting relationships.
– Be an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people and assisting in fulfilling their needs.
