TFM Account Manager – Leading Facilities Management Company – National Account
My client is a leading total facilities management business, which is seeking a TFM Account Manager to join a very successful national contract based from their Central London office. As the TFM Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the client, whilst leading a team consisting of a Hard Services Manager and Soft Services Manager with administration support to deliver the overall operational performance of the contract.
This will be based across 26 sites in London, Manchester, Doncaster, Scotland and Ireland. You will be expected to work from the London office and attend sites mainly in London/Manchester once per week. All travel is fully expensed, and offers a great opportunity to join a fast growing total facilities management business.
Job Specification:
* Experience of managing a multi discipline sub-contractors within Soft FM Service team (Cleaning and Secruity) for multiple properties.
* Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all legislation, standards, and best practice in Soft and Hard FM Services.
* Report on business and sub-contractor performance through KPI reports and PMS.
* Be financially accountable, including the preparation, monitoring and management of the budget in line with agreed contract objectives.
* Proven experience of successfully working in a similar role within an FM environment
* Proven track record of providing proportionate and practicable solutions to the organisation Good interpersonal, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills for weekly meetings with the clients representives.
Salary & Package:
* £90,000 Per Annum

* IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable)
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
