Salary: £240 – £360 per day

A leading Commercial Company based in West London are currently recruiting for a Qualified SAP Project Manager with a strong P2P (Produce to Pay) experience on a contractual basis. If you can speak and understand Spanish to an intermediate standard then it would be of an advantage.

Key Responsibilities include –

Ensure accuracy of data entry & integrity of AP ledger
Manage escalations from vendors and internal customers regarding late / non payment of invoices / expense claims in accordance with the service level agreement
Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for management and internal customers
Sign off proposals for regular and exception payment runs
Monitor service level agreements and ensure performance targets related to the accounts payable process are adhered to both by the Business Service Centre team and the outsource provider
Support period end financial closing activities for Accounts Payable
Develop, build, manage and motivate a high performance, customer focused AP team
Look for breakthroughs in process improvement. Lead change in assigned area working with customers and service providers to achieve this.
Support end-to-end process performance and improvements through Performance Management and other Lean Sigma practices.
To interface and negotiate with external providers on critical issues
Ensure defined balance sheet reconciliations are completed and managed in a compliant and accurate manner
Ensure all controls are performed in an accurate and timely mannerPerson Specification –

Must be fluent in both English and knowledge of Spanish is of advantage
Strong P2P Experience
Ability to travel to Spain at least 20% of time
SAP Expert
Ability to analyse and manipulate large volumes of data
Ability to run, and interpret reports/metrics
Positive attitude
Ability to prioritise workload (team and self)
Relationship Management experience
Ability to handle pressured situations
Strong process management
Measurement and continuous improvement
Effective communication, networking and relationship building
Strong communicator capable of influencing at senior levels across the organisation
