Project Manager

Salary: £24 per hour

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a £20mil new build residential development of 75 units, all built by RC Frame, in Tottenham.

This will be working for a very well established main contractor on a large flagship site.

You will be expected to oversee a number of subcontractors as part of the role and ensure the build program is worked to.

The ideal person for this role will have extensive experience on RC Frame residential developments of a similar size in London and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of construction.

This is a permanent role and as such we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate longevity and loyalty in the CV.
