E.ON Customer Service Advisors -Bolton (Temp to Perm)
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors in Bolton!
Due to continued growth, E.ON are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their new and expanding Customer Service team in Bolton. You’ll initially work for Manpower on a temporary basis but there’s opportunity to become an E.ON permanent employee.
* £26,000 progressing to £26,000 per year (£14,273 – £19,528 pro rata on hours worked) + qualification for annual bonus scheme
* Annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays)

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for speaking with customers before, during and after they move home, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring they want to stay with us at their new address. The role is heavily regulated on selling compliantly whilst ensuring customers can make an informed decision. This will involve comfortably reading certain scripts, as well as following process’ to give the customer an independent review of our tariffs. The role is extremely rewarding and satisfaction can be taken from offering new or existing customers a potential saving on their energy bills.
Ideally you’ll have some previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment is advantageous. You’ll need to be flexible to work between 8am to 8pm Monday – Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. Working hours require a degree of flexibility as these will be dictated by real business needs.
