What will you be responsible for?
To manage the European Planning team within the Control Tower providing a service for the European Inbound and Linehaul contracts.
Lead the European Planning team with the operational delivery of service KPIs and Financial results.
Accountable for Engagement, Employee development and Succession planning across the EU Planning team.
Responsible for the relationship with partner sites across EU and with key stakeholders.
Responsible for carrier management, engagement and regular reviews of performance
Responsibility for the delivery of service and operational excellence in the European Network business.
To establish and continue the development of strong two-way relationships within the European Network
Responsible for the inventory, quarantine and reporting processes within the European NetworkWhat skills & experience is require for this role?
Essential:
Experience in supply chain/logistics
Experience in EU Transport
Experience in customer management
Experience in people management

Desirable:
Degree level educated
International or European experience
