Salary: £50,400 – £54,000 per year

Excellent opportunity on offer for a design manager to join an ambitious business, who are investing heavily into NPD after a 30% turnover growth.
Do you have the ability to keep your team motivated to reach tight deadlines? Do you have experience managing multiple projects and NPI’s simultaneously?
Established over 25 years ago, this rapidly expanding business design, manufacture, and service specialist medical equipment. Due to continued growth throughout the last 12 months, they are now looking for a Product Manager to act as the link between the design team and the CTO.
In this role you will be mentored by the directorship team, you will lead the design and development of new products based on appropriate market trends and customer needs, ensuring products are launched on time, within budget and meet the company’s quality standards. You will develop cost and time plans for new projects, Drive the on-time delivery of the NPI plan, working closely with the R&D, operations, marketing, and sales teams.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience designing medical equipment however all transferable skills will be considered.
The Role:
* Product Manager
* Leading a team of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineers
* Leading NPI/NPD ensuring projects are completed on time to budget and quality.
* Drive the on-time delivery of NPI working closely with R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing Teams
* £50,000-£55,000 DOE + Training, Mentorship, Progression to CTO, Bonus, Pension and Benefits
