This is us:
I am currently working with a Retail Design and POP/ POS Creative Design Agency based in the Midlands, They are currently seeking a creative, professional, competent Project Manager to join their dynamic and ever growing business. As a business they offer a range of highly creative and tailored solutions to their clients, from full on interior and retail schemes to innovative and specialist Point of Sale/ Purchase displays and units. They have a fantastic group of clients with a focus on fashion and clothing names as well as an array of other clients from Brands to High Street names.

The business dynamics are that which you would expect from a small to medium sized agency, they are a close dynamic team where everyone pulls together, giving the business almost a family feel.

This is the Role:

• Project Managing the whole brief from inception through to completion, being
the first point of contact for the client and the link between the client and the
business.
• Responsible for all day-to-day decisions relating to the management of the
project, including resources and skills required, implementation of project
controls
• Ensure that the growth of the company is achieved through successful
management and delivery of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction at every
level
• Take responsibility for the project budget, including cost control, tracking and
reporting progress against plan
• Review current supplier base with an aim to purchase from the best option to
maximise company profitability
• Maintenance and upkeep of accurate administration and the filing of projects
using the structured software and documentation provided.
• Execute the project within agreed budget and timelines, ensuring that things are
running smoothly and the client is happy with the progress made.

This should be you:

• Experience in a similar project management role ideally for a Retail Design,
POP or POS business.
• Knowledge of the retail industry, materials and processes used.
• Excellent project management skills, highly creative, a good eye for detail and
the ability to think independently when needed.
• Excellent communication skills able to present/ meet/ communicate with both
internal and external contacts at all levels in a confident manner.
