Quantity Surveyor (Rc Frames & Groundworks)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful and expanding RC frame sub-contractor based in Docklands, London E 14.
The position has been created in response to an increase in workload, which has seen the firm’s turnover now reach £30m a year and is part of the company’s planned expansion.
The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of three, reporting to the Commercial Director and will benefit from the assistance of a trainee.
Applicants should come from a sub-contracting background, either RC frames or groundworks, will need a firm grasp of SMM7 and should be attracted the competitive nature of this lucrative sector of the construction market.
We are open to applications from candidates with anything from five years’ experience so salary is very negotiable and will range from £48,000 – £72,000 with a generous package which will include a car (or allowance) and bonus.
