A unique opportunity has arisen for six driven and persuasive Sales Executives to join a Graduate Academy for an award-winning events team working across a £4 million portfolio covering multiple sectors. My client has an outstanding reputation in the industry of delivering the best internal training, on-going career development and competitive commission packages whilst enjoying some of the highest staff retention in the marketplace.

If you have recently graduated from university and are interested in working within a fast-paced yet friendly environment for a global FTSE 100 Media business then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

will need to be able to:

·Expertly convert potential and existing clients to meet sponsorship revenue targets using excellent communication skills on the telephone, questioning techniques and relative knowledge of your market.

·Maintain and build up the database with correct client contact details and adding additional contacts. With impeccable precision, you will be inputting the correct client information, including records of conversations, client needs and reasons to purchase/not to purchase the company’s suite of products.

·Uphold a high level of activity at all times; your desk should be buzzing at all times! Energy, enthusiasm and passion is key!

·Develop key skills for a sales career by demonstrating your eagerness for a fast-paced, rewarding career in sales. A keen interest in the company’s products and services is essential.

Skills Required:

A degree is preferable but not a pre-requisite for these roles (my client will look for good A Levels in the absence of a degree)
Charismatic and personable nature
Eloquent and articulate telephone manner
Financially-motivated and sales-driven individual

The Package:

Location – City of London
£26,000basic salary (£38,000 OTE)
Monthly incentives including tickets to sports games, theatre trips, Michelin star dining experiences and weekends away to European cities, etc.
