The company:
Our client is an international manufacturing company.
Main Purposes of role:
To maintain and increase profitable sales of the company’s products on the given Sales Area
The main duties include:
– To handle customer enquiries by fax, phone in timely manner
– To maximise sales by doing cold calls
– To provide accurate and timely quotations and follow-up
– To progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
– To consistently deliver the customer service key performance
– To Keep customers updated on key developments in relation to specific orders
– To visit clients on site
The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and Polish (Written & Spoken)
– Any other European languages such as Spanish would be an asset
– Previous commercial experience (customer service, Internal or External Sales) will be desirable
– Degree educated
– Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
– Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
– Able to work in a fast paced environment
– Well organised with a structured approach to work
– Good communication skills and attention to details
The Salary:
Up to £28,800 pa + Benefits
