Supply Chain Administrator with SAP (Imports / Exports)

THE COMPANY

Brewster Pratap Business Support is currently recruiting an enthusiastic, focussed and professional Customer Data Administrator with SAP experience for our client, an international company who is leading their sector, based on the outskirts of Leeds, easily accessible from Pontefract, Kippax, Knottingley, Garforth, Normanton and Castleford.

Our client is well-established and successful, and has a commitment to developing staff. Due to the nature of the role, previous experience in Supply Chain or Imports and Exports would be advantageous.

The role is a temporary role, looking to go on for roughly 6 months.

THE JOB

Our client is seeking people who are highly organised and have a great eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also be an outstanding team-player, as this role will be positioned in the midst of a bubbly and busy group of people. The duties of the job include:

Customer / order feasibility checks, ie. commercial terms, availability, logistics.
Inputting orders on Supply Chain System.
Allocating batches and delivery arrangements.
Preparing shipping documents.
Raising invoices.
Handling customer complaints / returns, logistic issues and credit notes.

THE CANDIDATE

This position has a wide variety of responsibilities and changing priorities, so the ideal candidate will enjoy working autonomously and efficiently, and managing their own workload. The following criteria are desirable:

Previous experience in exports or logistics.
Proven ability in customer care, commercial administration and organisational skills.
Disciplined, logical approach to work.
Ability to speak a modern foreign language (French, Spanish, German) (beneficial, but not essential).
