We are currently seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Administrator to provide crucial clerical support to our managers and employees. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, are highly organized, and possess excellent multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Customer Reporting: Provide essential administration support in generating weekly reports for our valued customers.Email and Post Management: Efficiently handle email queries, manage inboxes, and process postal correspondence.Order Creation: Take charge of creating orders on the system to ensure seamless workflow.Office Assistance: Offer general help around the office, contributing to a positive work environment.Data Entry: Input data into systems or spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.Communication: Receive and handle phone calls from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Promoting Business Culture: Actively promote the desired business culture, ethics, and initiatives within the organization.Adherence to Rules: Ensure strict adherence to company rules and regulations.Flexibility: Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by your manager. Qualifications and Experience: Previous Office Admin Experience: Experience in supply chain administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment (not essential).IT Literacy: Proficient in IT, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced functions.Planning and Organization: Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of numeracy and literacy in English.
