Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

This is a varied wide ranging role managing a team and with scope to grow and develop. This is an ideal role for someone ACA or ACCA qualified, audit trained with 3-6 yrs post qualified experience who would like ownership, responsibility and a wide remit.

The Role:

The Financial Controller role is based in Hemel Hempstead with some home working and will be responsible for:

-Managing all of the month end processes

-Managing AP team

-All Financial Accounting and Reporting

-Production of all statutory accounts – IFRS and UK GAAP

-Production of the Annual Report

-Oversee balance sheet and controls

-Managing VAT and Corp Tax

-Managing Audit

-Improving processes, procedures and controls

-Ensuring up-to-date accounting standards are applied throughout the business

The Offer:

A highly competitive salary and package of circa £60,000 – £72,000 plus 20% bonus and partly working from home and the chance of career progression.

Profile:

We are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified audit trained accountant with at least 3 years experience in industry.
