MARKETING BRAND MANAGER
BARNSLEY
c£30,000 pa
My client is a market leader, with over 40 years’ experience in their industry. They have an opportunity for a talented MARKETING BRAND MANAGER to join the team based at their head office in Grimethorpe near Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The Brand Manager will have the opportunity to drive the growth of a collection of key product brands whilst implementing the core marketing plan. This involves managing the creation of marketing materials, digital marketing support, co-ordinating brand communications and support activities for a selection of brands.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinate updates of marketing materials in line with product launches
* Working with marketing agencies to update brochures, price guides and other literature
* Catalogue management of price and specification guides including technical product information and pricing updates
* Liaising with 3rd party CAD suppliers to update our product catalogues
* Update the website and media centre for each brand
* Write and communicate marketing updates including email comms for each brand.
* Market research including monitoring competitors through desk and field research.
Candidate:
* Ideally you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), with a marketing accreditation.
* An ability to think creatively
* Able to communicate confidently at all levels
* Able to work under pressure, maintain deadlines and have a keen eye for detail
* Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
* Computer literate.
The working hours are:
Monday to Thursday – 8.30am – 5pm (45-minute lunch)
Friday – 8.30am – 4pm (1 hour lunch)
