OFFICE/HR ADMINISTRATOR

PERIVALE

COMPETITIVE SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Our client a leading supplier of rail infrastructure including Civil Engineering, Communications, Permanent Way, alongside Civil Engineering & Building projects with the Rail sector. They now require an Office/HR Administrator to join their busy and ever-expanding team.

IT:

  • Mobile management- of all mobile devices given out and returned as well as sims and their costs. Allocating Costs monthly on spreadsheet and checking monthly invoice from Southern Communications and send to EA for approval.
  • Management of WASP Management System – Keeping an up-to-date record of all company assets i.e. Laptops, Mobiles Phones, PC’s and all IT related assets. Ensuring that all our IT assets have been signed out to the relevant person. Running Monthly Reports on our Assets. Ensuring all the Assets are returned once employee leave.
  • Order IT stock– Responsible for ordering New Laptops, PCs and any other IT requirements and getting the best deal for the company. Ensuring that a PO is done for all purchases and that we receive a quotation with the Order. Keeping a record of all laptops that are ordered ensuring that we have the Job Costing Code to assign the cost to them after.
  • Keeping a live updated data spreadsheet of all our company assets and this should be sent to Management on a Monthly basis.
  • Supporting Training & Sentinel Co-ordinator to update New Starter electronic folders

Admin Assistant to PA to MD

  • Manage Outlook diary for company operational Directors
  • Production and issue of weekly company reports for Directors
  • Production of specific documents as requested by Directors
  • Co-ordination and collation of regular information / documents from members of staff and presentation to Directors
  • Liaison and co-ordination with Group companies and departments
  • Administration support to the team
  • Management of information on the HR Information System
  • HR correspondence to include standard and ad hoc correspondence as required
  • Assisting the recruitment & selection provision
  • Provide basic advice on HR policies and Procedures to support line managers and employees.
  • Book ad hoc external training courses and carry out related administrative duties in a timely fashion.
