Salary: £26,400 per year
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an excellent Office Administrator with a high knowledge of Microsoft Excel
The role
•To maintain a high level of confidentiality in all areas.
•To maintain filing systems within the contract.
•To log all incoming correspondence, acknowledging where appropriate and dealing with or forwarding the correspondence as appropriate.
•To receive and answer in a polite manner, enquiries from members of the public.
•To log and process refund requests on behalf of our customers in an appropriate and timely manner.
•To record and issue correspondence in relation to deferred payments and coach without permit forms, chasing as required to ensure payment.
•To input payroll data accurately and in accordance with payroll run deadlines.
•Maintain and compile staff attendance records, sickness records and holiday records, flagging up issues and trigger points for action required.
•Liaise with the operational team to ensure that any required sickness absence documentation and subsequent investigation documentation is received.
•To organise, maintain and update staff personnel files and records.
•To assist with the scheduling and preparation for staff performance reviews.
•To assist with HR documentation, issuing of changes to contracts, leaver paperwork, recruitment etc.
•To assist with taking minutes of meetings, disciplinaries etc
•To assist with data entry
•To assist with contractor contact, chasing of updates or quotes etc.
•To place purchase orders, take deliveries & maintain records to confirm the receipt of goods/services.
•To maintain adequate levels of controlled and uncontrolled supplies.
•To be the point of contact for the Client and Airport companies in relation to the logging, issuing, reprogramming and blocking of commuter passes as required.
•To ensure the daily revenue input is accurately completed to record financial trading of the contract.
•To ensure accurate reconciliation of revenue and cash banked.
•To assist with providing management information/reports as required
•To ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators and company procedures.
•Carry out any other duties as and when required by the management
Skills requirement
•Excellent administration skills
•Strong IT skills, particularly with the use of Microsoft Excel to an advanced level is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven ability in using multiple functions, writing formulas, nesting formulas, creating pivot tables and manipulating data to achieve desired results.
