Senior / Project Surveyor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Construction Management contractor are looking to recruit to their existing team and new region for the North Midlands which would involve looking upto a maximum of 4 individual schemes at any one time with project values upto circa £5 Million which will consist of a variety of new build, refurbishment and extension schemes. You will be working with an existing supply chain which involves a lot of transparent cost management with both client and subcontract supply chain, thus being able to focus more on the best programme, design and final implementation.

Reporting to a Commercial Manager you will have sole autonomy for the managing of your projects which your role and responsibilities will be to provide to the client regular budgeting and cost reporting reducing any risk and exposure for any claims.

This role is Head Office based but will require site visits for both client and subcontractor meetings so you must be preapred to travel.

You must also be currently working for a East/West Midlands build contractor with experience working on projects within the new build commercial or retail sectors
