Customer Service and Sales Advisor

We are looking to recruit a motivated Sales Advisor and Administrator

The successful candidate will join our busy team playing a pivotal role within the company.

The successful candidate will provide support to both the Tele sales and Internet sales as well as dealing with customers directly in our showroom.

The Role

Preparing detailed offers against customer requirements
-Processing orders
-Ensure that all customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently
-Maintaining equipment and customer database
-Using on-line databases for pricing and technical assistance
-To assist customers in purchasing the correct product
-Dealing with Customer Service issues
-Building working knowledge of models and offers.

Person Specification
The successful applicant must hold the following skills:
-Previous Sales experience
-Excellent IT, literacy and numeracy skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Confidence in liaising with customers
-Fantastic people skills
-Ecommerce experience

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
