Market Operations Associate

Salary: £26,000 – £32,400 per year

What you will be doing

We are looking for Temporary Market Operation Associates for 24 weeks able to start work in September. You will work within our Wholesale Market Services (WMS) in the Non-Household Services, investigating and processing service requests raised by Retailers and Wholesalers, to ensure that Thames Waters meter assets are accurate and up to date in the market.

You’ll also work with other business areas to ensure that operational queries regarding Non Household processes and transaction errors are managed in a timely manner.

Good commercial awareness and an appreciation of the financial and reputational impact of adherence to market codes
Strong time management and organisational skills – Ability to work to deadlines within a pressurised environment
Ability to learn quickly, and apply learning to new situations
Ability to work well within a team as well as individually
Confident in engaging with other teams and stakeholders
Computer literate, full office suite experience, competent using analytical database software.
Must be able to commit to a 6-month assignment and be able to attend onsite traing at the start of this assignment. What’s in it for you!
