The Role:
An excellent opportunity is available for a hardworking and motivated Sales Marketing Manager/ Business Development Manager to work for a leading building services service, maintenance and installation company in London and the Home Counties.

Due to recent growth in their projects division, our client is looking for a Sales Marketing Manager/ Business Development Manager to promote their service & maintenance services to Facility Managers, Building Managers, Consulting Engineers and end users.

The successful Sales Marketing Manager/ Business Manager will be a capable of driving the business forward, selling service and maintenance (PPM) contracts for clients HVAC equipment. As part of the role you will be responsible for attending sales appointments, managing and completing PQQ & ITT’s, develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans. Generating opportunities and turning them into long term profitable clients.

The Candidate:
As a Sales Marketing Manager you will be required to:
•Play a key part in the delivery of a 5 year sales plan
•Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
•Increase market share by establishing long term profitable business relationships.
•Promote the business service offering and secure PPM contracts to Facility Managers, Building Managers, Consulting Engineers and end users.
•Manage and deliver high scoring PQQ and ITT submissions
To be considered for this role you will need:
•Have extensive experience of operating within the HVAC service market.
•Proven track record of B2B sales and working with clients to deliver their needs.
•Brilliant written and verbal skills.
•A full driving licence.

The successful candidate will receive a successful package of:
£45 – 50K Basic + OTE Incentive Scheme, Car or Car Allowance, phone, laptop, 20 days holiday, pension, life assurance
