Salary: £26,000 per year

We are seeking a strong administrator to join the fast-paced and bustling team of our client based in Kettering

Due to continuous growth the company, in the construction and utility sector, can offer really good scope for development, nurture and career options

Primarily, the role will be a support function to the Project Manager and training will be provided. We’re looking for someone organised, able to multi-task (and prioritise!) who can talk to and help anyone who needs it!

Office based, hours are Monday-Friday 0830-1700 and it’s a permanent role

Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming calls, taking and relaying messages.

* Responding to email queries and problems applicable to own competency level and escalating where necessary to the Project Administration Manager or relevant Departmental Manager.

* Data input into company database utilising Infranet.

* Obtaining information from relevant stakeholders as projects require.

* Apply for Utility Company records.

* Processing utility diversion and new supplies application forms and associated paperwork.

* Compiling multi-utility packs in order for the design team to generate a formal proposal.

* Undertake payment requests & invoices where required.

* Dealing with client queries in person, via written correspondence and over the phone.

* Attend client meetings where required.

* Escalate issues to Line Manager or relevant Departmental Manager at the earliest opportunity to ensure a speedy resolution.

* General administration duties including but not limited to scanning, photocopying and filing.

* Minute taking at meetings (on and off site), typing up and distribution.

* Manage in liaison with the Project Administration Manager and the Technical Team, the closure of all projects ensuring that necessary Asset payments are claimed by the Developer or the Company in a timely manner and that scheme files are archived appropriately.

* Report any violation of Company Processes and Procedures to the Project Administration Manager.

* Health & Safety – be vigilant and report any potential risks or hazards to the Project Manager to promote a safe and healthy working environment.

* Knowledge Development – ensure you are aware of and understand the latest Company processes, procedures and standards to aid and uphold the good reputation of professionalism of the company.
