Project Coordinator

Salary: £32,400 per year

Pyramid8 is supporting a local firm, with the addition of an experienced Project Co-ordinator. It’s proud to be a world leading machine manufacturer, working closely with its European offices.

Working closely with the external Sales Executives, you will provide bespoke and complex quotations, that are tailored to client machinery requirements and submit these with supporting sales documents. Once the client has agreed the final detail, you will manage the process from first intimation through to conclusion. This will include building a relationship with the client, being their main point of contact for any queries and keeping them abreast of progress with their order. In addition, you will be coordinating these orders with the European office that carry out the build of the machinery. Your attention to detail will ensure the process is managed to the highest standard, without delay and to the agreed specification, these projects can reach multi million pounds in spend. As expected, you will also carry out general administrative tasks, such as minute taking, booking travel and accommodation and updating CRM systems. You will be working in a close-knit team, where you will be the main point of contact for both clients and European colleagues.

To be considered, you will have demonstrable administration experience, ideally within large scale projects. You will manage sales processes that can take 3 months to several years, so It’s a prerequisite that you are engaging, outgoing and able to build effective relationships. In addition, you will be able to prioritise an ever-changing workload, to tight deadlines whilst working independently. You will also be a competent user of Microsoft packages and I.T systems. 

In return, you will benefit from a salary to £32,400, along with free on-site parking, healthcare, and pension. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
