Oracle Developer

Our client, an international business based in South Yorkshire, is now looking to recruit an Oracle Developer to join the team.

Job Purpose:

To develop and support business aligned software modules and streamlined processes for the user base around the Oracle Database.
Specifically strong Oracle 10/11G forms development experience.

Accountabilities:

To Develop screens reports and database objects using Oracle forms, reports or other tools.

To be able to develop a Low Level Design and Test Cases based on information passed on by Project Team.

To provide solution to the proposed change request, as required.

To maintain a history and auditable log of all development work.

To ensure integrity of the business databases and act as a resource to assist with data updates.

To plan and agree work modules with the project leader implementing solutions across the group along with able to estimate on timescales.

To be very proficient in Oracle Forms and Reports and knowledge of database design.

Essential Experience:

A Strong knowledge and appreciation of Oracle, client technology and server based databases.
Substantial experience in use of Oracle forms and reports.
Expert PLSQL knowledge
Usage of Oracle Tools TOAD/PL SQL Developer.

An analytical person, with strong attention to detail.
Develop in Oracle Forms, Reports & PLSQL
Self-starter; able to work independently without extensive supervision and to tight constraints.
