What You Do –

We are looking for 6 undergraduates to join Oracle`s prestigious undergraduate programme. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a three year graduate programme with Oracle, one of the worlds largest and leading technology companies. The programme offers undergraduates with an aptitude for technology the rare chance to join an industry leader, developing a long lasting career, where progression is inevitable.

To succeed within this programme you will have a passion for technology. It is also essential that you are graduating 2015 with an expected 2.1 or above and have studied Computing, Computer Science, Applied IT, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Technology, Software Engineering or have an understanding of two of the following technical areas:

• Java
• Object Oriented Programming
• Software Development / Engineering
• Database Design and Databases,
• Fundamentals of Relational Databases
• Core Programming
• Programming
• Language Design and Semantics
• Computer Security
• Operating Systems

It would also be advantageous if you have completed an Industrial Placement.

Do you have what we`re looking for?

• Essential – Undergraduate with an Expected 2.1 or above in a IT or Computing Degree
• Essential – experience or understanding in two of the following areas: Java, Object Oriented Programming, Software Development / Engineering. Database Design and Databases, Fundamentals of Relational Databases, Core Programming, Programming, Language Design and Semantics, Computer Security, Operating Systems.
• Essential – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to technology, personal management and building customer relationships
• Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
• Full, preferably clean, UK driving licence – useful but not essential
