Salary: £26,000 per year
We require experienced Outreach and Residential Support Workers to work with children and young adults with Learning disabilities and Autism in the Greater Manchester area.
As an Outreach Support Worker you will have experience working with children and young adults with learning disabilities and autism, within a residential setting and in a home living environment, to help lead an independent life having due regard to their health, aspirations and social care needs.
The successful candidate will be confident lone working and offering 2:1 support.
It is essential that you are a driver and hold Business Insurance on your vehicle, an NVQ L2/3 Health & Social care/ Children and Young People or suitable equivalent is beneficial.
A DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL – NON DRIVERS NEED NOT APPLY
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 per year + sleep allowance
