Support Worker

Due to continued success and growth, H1 Healthcare has an immediate requirement for temporary ongoing, long term Support Workers to join us and to work with our client, a specialized school and residential unit based in Alloa.

The shift patterns involved are Monday to Sunday 7.30am – 3.30pm, 3pm – 11pm and 10.30pm – 8.15am.

Duties and responsibilities include supporting children aged between 5 years and 18 years both in school and out of school activities; classroom assistance, assisting with meals, taking to clubs and assisting with their activity maps and ongoing development.

We are looking for staff who are enthusiastic, hands-on, dedicated and are confident in using their own initiative. Previous experience is essential.

H1 Healthcare aim to provide a high standard of care, to ensure that we do this we offer ongoing training and support to all staff. Full training is given at the induction stage of the recruitment process and uniform will be provided.

To be considered for these positions, applicants must be a current PVG Scheme member in respect of Regulated Work with Children as specified under section 52 in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007.
