Exciting opportunity has arisen for household name on the outskirts of Frimley; the company offer an excellent working environment to include subsidised canteen, on-site gym, showers, amazing grounds, staff shop and the normal benefits you would expect from a company of this size.
The hours are 8.30 to 5.15 – Monday to Thursday and with a 1.00 finish on Friday. It is a 37.5 hour working week with 30 minute lunch
They are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator paying a salary of up to £28,800. For this role you must able to speak English, Romanian and Hungarian fluently.
Key Responsibilities
Case Fill Level
Interpreting data pack to take appropriate action to maximise case fill rate
Integrity in the use of rejection reason codes assigned to orders to ensure that we are aligned with customer KPIsRelationship Building
To work closely with other members of the Collaboration Team and the Centralised Team as well as the Lead to provide outstanding service to all customers.
To work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Lead – Transportation & Logistics to ensure obsolete skus are appropriately managed.Order Management
Processing of sample orders via the use of scripts in SAP
Processing of broker orders to strict agreed procedure
Execution of order management tasks in SAP
Error resolution and solution formulationReporting
Root cause analysis & recommendation of solutions to prevent recurrence
SOAR reporting – Ensure compliance and Audit readinessMaster Data
Accurate set up of material determination table in SAP to facilitate accurate processing of customer orders
Accurate maintenance of obsolete skus in SAP Material Master and Managed Codes programsContinuous Improvement
Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardization of processes & procedures across multiple countriesSkills and Knowledge Required
Must be fluent in oral & written English, Romanian and Hungarian
Should be of graduate calibre
Good oral & written communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
Ability to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail
Ability to work across multiple countries at the same time
Good team player skills and work well with others
