Estate Agent (Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Polish Speaking) 40k

A leading independent estate agency based in St Johns Wood have an incredible opportunity available with amazing perks!

The role will be as an experienced or Trainee Lettings Negotiator or Sales negotiator based out of their St Johns Wood office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deal with sophisticated european investors and tenants aswell as the general UK sales and Lettings market.

Salary and Package details;

Monday to Friday (no weekends)

40 holidays per annum

12.5-16.5k basic

40k per annum OTE

Use of a company/pool car

Daily responsibilities

Speaking to landlords and tenants on a daily basis
Working with Property Management dept in resolving any issues your client may have
Visiting properties and managing viewings with potential tenants
General Admin maybe required to manage your own deals.
Canvassing local landlords and sourcing leads via Gumtree, Zoopla, Rightmove and a highly qualified database of New and existing landlordsIdeal Candidate

Must be able to speak a European language fluently
Must have experience in a face to face or telephone based sales role
Must have a Full drivers licence
Must have a strong, professional and confident telephone manner
Well presented
Ideally will have some knowledge of how an estate agents works however training will be provided for both roles.
Will live within a commutable distance from St Johns Wood
