Salary: £26,000 per year
We are currently recruiting for Outbound Call Centre Agents to work for a busy sales company based in Sowerby Bridge (HX6).
This is an excellent opportunity to gain permanent employment in a well-established, expanding company.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
– Conducting outbound telesales calls, contacting potential customers regarding IVAs and Debt Consolidation
– Generating leads for the business
– Following a set script to describe and explain the services of the business
– Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities
– Handle any customer objections through expert knowledge of the services
– Logging all calls, completing all follow up admin and arranging any future call backs in line with the company’s preferred system
– Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are consistently achieved
– Achieving sales targets in line with KPI’s
– Achieving activity targets in line with KPI’s
Hours:
– Monday to Thursday, 10.00am-19.00pm
– Friday, 09.00am-15.00pm
Salary:
– £26,000basic salary
– Very good bonus scheme with the realistic possibility of £1k a month bonus
– Bonus scheme uncapped
Skills/Requirements:
– Previous telesales experience is essential
– The ability to communicate with people across all levels
– Friendly and confident telephone manner
