Performance Improvement Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Improvement Lead for a public sector client based in Central Essex.

Reporting to the Performance and Planning Manager; duties will include:

• Produce statistical weekly and monthly reports to include performance, KPI’s, staff utilisation, budgets and corporate risk for senior management
• Monitor Performance of the business against KPI’s and identify areas in need of improvement to include reliability, punctuality, quality and safety
• Ensure all internal and external audit reports are actioned within the set timescale
• Develop productive internal relationships with colleagues and ensure high standards are maintained
• Encourage innovation for business projects and continuous improvement
• Design, organise and facilitate analysis and change activities within the business units to understand the current and future requirements to achieve future goals.

This role requires previous experience with continuous improvement methodologies; such as LEAN and Six Sigma to be able to develop the business further.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Salary: £27,600 – £36,000dependent on experience
