Manufacturing manager / Continuous Improvement manager Bath – £50k DOE

My client a successful and expanding FMCG manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Manufacturing manager / Continuous Improvement manager for their expanding site.

The successful Manufacturing manager / Continuous Improvement manager will play an important part in the senior management team and will be responsible for assisting the business scale up and will focus on the development and implementation of in-house manufacturing processes for existing and new product supply

Main Tasks will include
·Scaling up production
·Working with the senior management team on manufacturing strategy
·Manufacturing process layout
·Looking at Continuous improvement / CI / lean methodology
·Equipment Capex Input
·Coaching and developing staff
·
Key skills required for the role:
·Used to working with small and large FMCG manufacturing operations
·Ideally have a food or drink background
·CI / Continuous Improvement / LEAN experience
·Happy to be hands on
