MacArthur Recruitment, on behalf of CADAS – Cumbria Alcohol and Drug Advisory Service, are seeking a Social Enterprise Manager to lead the development of their Business Wellbeing Service and create new opportunities to support employers by developing their policies and procedures, providing training and workshops, and delivering 1:1 support for employees.

You will have excellent leadership, communication and marketing skills, allowing you to build on existing contracts, recent enquiries, and our wider network of contacts, to expand the service across Cumbria and potentially the rest of the North West. Specific responsibilities will include generating new leads, responding to enquiries, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the delivery of packages of support, as well as setting and monitoring financial targets and gathering evidence to demonstrate the need for and benefit of the service.

There is huge potential to develop this role as you will work with the Chief Executive and other staff to promote CADAS and build partnerships to expand the service and create other trading opportunities. Full training and shadowing opportunities will be given to enable you to champion the ethos and values of CADAS and understand how our services reduce the impact of substance misuse on employers and employees.

This is new role and is initially a two year fixed term contract due to current funding and financing. However there is the intention to make it a fulltime contract as the role becomes successful.
