Temporary Social Care Staff

Here at BS Social Care, we are looking for a variety of social care staff to come and join our temporary staff team for a number of ad hoc cover roles in the Northallerton area.

We are keen to speak with experienced support workers, care assistants, children’s residential workers and other skilled social care staff who have the availability to take on some extra work on a weekly basis.

Whether you are available during the day or the evening, weekdays or weekends, we’ve got something to top up your earnings and to build up your working skills in a variety of sectors.

As long as you have recently gained at least 12 months experience in a social care setting (or 6 months with a relevant qualification) and are eligible to work in the UK, we can offer you work that suits you.

We offer our temporary staff a variety of benefits for joining our team, paying at least a minimum of £26,000 per year, way above the national minimum wage, and offer competitive rates depending on what kind of work you are asked to do! This includes extra money for unsocialable hours, sleep ins and challenging environments! Plus, we pay you holidays dependent on how much you work!
