Health and Social Care Lead Assessor

I am currently assisting one of my exclusive clients with regards to recruiting a Health and Social Care Lead Assessor to be based in the East Midlands.

My client is an established and reputable nationwide Care Company, and are therefore constantly looking to expand and grow their business. Due to this ethos, they need good quality care trainers and assessors to make sure they stay ahead of the curve with regards to changes in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications: TAQA / A1 Assessor Award
TAQA / V1 Internal Verifier Award
Health and Social Care Qualification preferably up to Level 5
Preferably level 3 Business Administration /Customer Service
Teaching Qualification would be advantageous

Experience in: Project management
Assessment and IQA levels 2-5 in Health & Social Care awards
Assessment in level 2-3 Business administration
Training and / or developing assessors
Managing / supporting a team of staff
Delivery of training sessions

You will also be responsible for liaising with Regional Directors and supporting the management of external providers.

The salary for this position is £30,000, which is dependant upon the candidates previous qualifications and experience. This includes 20 days holiday, plus bank holiday; £3000 car allowance; fuel card and hotel stays if required. A company laptop and phone are also provided.
