An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Sales Advisor, to join this local, reputable organisation, within their Customer Service department.

Duties will include the following:

Receiving calls from new customers regarding product enquiries

Advising new customers on the full product range and identifying the best product for them, depending on their need

Talking about the product range in detail and explain the various additional services which are included in their subscription

Closing the sale

Working within a team

The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role before and be used to working towards set targets, on a weekly and monthly basis and possess the following skills:

Target driven

Excellent telephone manner and professional

Tenacious

The ability to speak articulately and with enthusiasm
