Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is seeking a candidate to join their every expanding team within their Jewellery claims assessment team.
KEY SKILLS
• Have experience within a Sales and/or Customer Service role, preferably in Jewellery retail.
• Knowledge of jewellery price structure within high street and independent stores.
• Extensive knowledge of Jewellery and watch products.
• Have good negotiating skills.
• Be customer focused.
• Have a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have ability to work to deadlines and achieve results under pressure.
• Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Computer literacy.
• Have a high level of accuracy.
• Be ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels.
Jet 1 & Jet 2 qualifications an advantage.
