This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading training provider!
A successful and progressive business delivering training and employability programmes across the UK are expanding their team of specialist BIT assessors.
Due to the exceptional reputation they have built up and a number of significant new contracts, they are now looking to recruit additional high-caliber Assessors to work across the country. Assessors will deliver work based learning and apprenticeship qualifications to individuals in the work place. These will be predominantly within Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) but also potentially PMO, Warehousing, Team Leading, Business Admin and Management. **BIT is the primary qualification being delivered**
This is a field-based role and candidates can be based anywhere in the country. You will be expected to travel regularly across a fairly wide region but travel will be fully expensed.
Applicant requirements:
• Experience of delivering BIT qualifications
• An A1 Assessing qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience of completing whole awards with candidates within agreed timescales
• Competent IT and communication skills
• Experience of completing Individual Learning Plans and conducting learner progress reviews
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
Hours of work: 37.5 per week 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £33,000 – £36,000+ benefits
