Architect Relocate to Exeter

An ambitious, enthusiastic Chartered Architect is required by a large Architectural team to head up a new venture which will become one of the highest profile schemes in the country over the coming years and set the standard for development for the future.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bringing this project to fruition and will lead a team of highly skilled technicians and designers.

To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience of delivering residential developments from inception to handover, be an excellent presenter and be accustomed to dealing with the politics of large developments. You will have a strong technical design background encompassing Master planning or Urban Design for residential developments coupled with AutoCAD and ideally REVIT.

You will currently be working as an Architect or Urban designer and be looking for an opportunity to develop your career and take responsibility for a team in a friendly supportive environment where you will rapidly gain the recognition this high profile role will command.
