We are working with an employee-owned consultancy in Oxfordshire who employ a friendly team of Landscape Architects and Urban Designers. They work on exciting regeneration, masterplanning and public realm projects across from their 4 UK offices.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Landscape Architecture
• Strong conceptual public realm design skills
• Imaginative and creative thinking skills and ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Initiative and proactive working methodology
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as being able to lead and work part of the project by himself/herself
• Collaborative working and coordinate on design projects with other disciplines
• Ability to analyse, assess and flag up problems
• Knowledge of all RIBA work stages
• Technical experience in detailed design packages from conception to delivery
• Knowledge of building regulation
• Experience with large/medium/small scale projects
• Ability to prepare visuals as part of the design process
• Excellent 3D modelling skills
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Rhino+VRay, and Revit.
• Experience in delivering projects to BIM standards with validation and QA processes
• Be familiar with Common Data Environment practices (in particular ProjectWise)
• Familiarity with BIM360 environment
• A full UK driving licence
